Its founders and leaders declare this to be our foundational statement of faith and practice.
We believe that Jesus is the only begotten Son of God, conceived in womb of Mary the virgin, by the Holy Ghost.
We believe that Jesus Christ with a sinless nature, 100% spirit living in a body 100% flesh. His purpose in coming to
earth was to pay the debt of humanity's sin, by His sinless life sacrificial death of Calvary. We believe that Jesus
was crucified on a cruel cross, died, was buried in a borrowed tomb, descended into the depths of Hell, stripped openly of
all His authority and rose again on the third day, defeating the spirit the power of Death, Hell, and the Grave. We
believe He ascended into Heaven, presented His own blood as an eternal testament of His divine deity and authority and is
seated at the right hand of the Father. We believe He sent the third person of the Godhead, the Holy Ghost to the earth
to convict mankind from sin, draw them to God's love and forgiveness and to fill men with the power of God, with his Spirit,
to instruct and teach the body of Christ the Word of God, to reseal Jesus to mankind and to stir and activate the gifts of
the Spirit to demonstrate a living Jesus to a dying world.
We believe in the infilling of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in other tongues as described in Acts 2:4,
Acts 2:38-39, Acts 10: 45-46. We believe as Spirit filled believers, we have the God given authority through faith in
the Word of God and all powerful authority in the name of Jesus to cast out the unclean spirits, heal the sick and raise the
dead. Through the authority of Jesus we have the power to destroy the works of the devil in our own lives and those
whose faith is in Jesus.
We believe there are a literal Heaven and a literal Hell. We believe that Heaven is the children of God's reward
for accepting by faith the redemptive work of Jesus. We believe that Hell is the eternal judgment for those who reject
Christ's free gift, redemption, paid for by his own blood and sacrificial death. We believe that God is not willing
that any should perish, thus His commission and our response to preach the gospel.
We believe the Bible to be the infallible Word of God and to be the final authority and directive for all issues in life.
We believe that by the blood of Jesus, by the power of the Holy Spirit and obedience to the Word of God, that there is a sufficiency
to meet every need to man's spirit, soul, and body.
We believe God uses doctors, medicines means for healing. However we believe there is a better way possible to
those who have faith in God's Word, that way being the potential of living in divine health and receiving through one or more
of God's various of supernatural healing, including but not limited to , the anointing with oil and prayer.
We believe in the Triune Godhead, separate on office yet singular and complete in unity, purpose and operation.
We believe the Church is founded upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets with Jesus Christ himself being the chief
cornerstone Eph 2:19-21
We believe in the second coming of Jesus Christ to earth in visible form to gather his body (the Church) unto himself.
We believe the only way to become part of Christ's body (the Church) is being born again.
We believe the Lord's command in observing the ordinations of water baptism and Holy communion. We believe in Christians
learning to live a separate life, a life separated from sin and separated unto God. We believe there is a continuing
process of sanctification, the process of soul and body being conformed to the image of Jesus Christ. We believe that
each believer has direct access to the Father through Jesus Christ our high and eternal Priest.
We believe in the operation and function of what is commonly referred to as the five fold ministry described in Ephesians
4:11-16. We also believe in the function and operation of the nine spiritual gifts as described in 1 Corinthians 12:1
-11.
Church Covenant
Having been led, as we believe, by the Spirit of God to receive the Lord Jesus Christ as our Savior and, on profession
of our faith, having been baptized in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost, we do now in the presence
of God and this assembly most solemnly and joyfully enter into covenant with one another as one body in Christ.
We covenant, therefore, by the aid of the Holy Spirit to walk in Christian love; to strive for the advancement of this
church in knowledge and holiness; to promote its prosperity and spirituality; to sustain its worship, ordinances, discipline,
and doctrines; to contribute cheerfully and regularly to the support of the ministry, the expenses of the church, the relief
of the poor, and the spread of the gospel through all nations.
We also covenant to maintain family devotion; to religiously educate our children; to seek the salvation of the world;
to be just in our dealings; faithful in our engagements; and exemplary in our deportment; to avoid all tattling, backbiting,
and excessive anger, and to be zealous in our efforts to advance the kingdom of our Savior.
We further covenant to watch over one another in brotherly love; to remember one another in prayer; to aid one another
in sickness and distress; to cultivate Christian sympathy in feeling and Christian courtesy in speech; to be slow to take
offense, but always ready for reconciliation and mindful of the admonitions of our Savior to secure it without delay.
